Innovative Solution for Modern Challenges
TS Workstation was originally conceived in 2008 with a simple objective: to provide operational teams with better visibility and control over complex business processes.
In 2020, the platform underwent a major modernisation initiative, introducing a more flexible architecture, enhanced configurability, and a modernised user experience while preserving the operational strengths developed through years of real-world usage.
At a time when many enterprise operational platforms were difficult to deploy and inflexible to adapt, Workstation was designed from the outset as a web-based platform focused on usability, operational efficiency, and rapid access to critical data.
Originally developed within the financial services sector, the platform evolved to support trade processing, operational monitoring, exception management, workflow control, and analytics across high-volume environments.
Over time, it became clear that the underlying concepts extended far beyond financial services. Organisations across many industries face similar operational challenges:
* identifying issues quickly,
* understanding operational bottlenecks,
* interacting with live business data,
* adapting workflows to changing business requirements.
Today, Workstation continues its evolution under a dedicated software-focused organisation, with renewed investment in platform capabilities, analytics, and operational intelligence.
Intuitive User Interface
Allows the user define how they wish to work without costly and time consuming change requests.
Users can change the view, add filters and group similar issues to allow quicker focus on their daily tasks.
Seamless Integration
Even when different system are involved, creates a seamless experience with a consistent look and feel for the users.
Remove the need for using multiple systems across different products to get faster resolutions.
Data management
All systems require data to enrich transaction flows. By managing this data within TS Workstation, users can not only see exceptions due to missing or erroneous data, but maintain that data, allowing the exception to be resolved
Advanced Automation
Actions can be defined based on exceptions. Rules can test the underlying data to define which actions are possible. Fully configurable, the action can request data, allow modifications to existing data, update transaction status or send requests to other systems
Customizable Workflows
Full customisation for your business workflows. TS Workstation makes no assumptions of how you wish to work. It can be easily configured and changed as you evolve.
Analytics
Get an overview of the state of live data or historical data though analytics. Users are presented with a pivot table type view, which they can choose how to view the information. Filtering, calculated columns and tiered breakdown can also be shown graphically.
Secure Role based management
Conceived for the Financial Services industry, security was built in from the start and not as an afterthought. Visibility and user interaction are managed through a Role Based system, to both limit a users activities and the data they can see (“Chinese walls”). All of the standard login restrictions and security are easily configured and accessed.
No. We believe we address the following:
– operational actionability,
– workflow integration,
– live operations,
– human repair processes,
– transaction life cycle management.
We bridge:
– monitoring,
– workflow,
– analytics, and
– operational control.
Whilst we have primarily worked within the Financial Industry, we know these issues are not unique. All industries, at some stage in the life cycle of their business, will need users to monitor and repair/action procedures due to exceptions. Even within Financial Services, interacting with different third party products changes the fundamental requirements. Making a fully customisable product led to few components being industry specific.
